AND NOW FOR THAT HUMP!!

“I wanted you naked, but I don’t think I can hold out that long.”

Stevie hooked her fingers in the waistband of his jeans and unbuttoned the soft denim. His cock sprang free and pointed to her like a beacon. She gasped. “You went commando tonight? A bit presumptuous, doncha think?”

An impish grin twisted his lips. “I planned to get lucky.” Storm pushed her simple cotton bra over her breasts and palmed one globe. Her nipple peaked under his feather-light touch. “Holding you is damned lucky and perfect.”

She wriggled in his arms and caressed his cock against her clit. The touch sent shimmers of delight through her body, concentrated between her legs.

Her brain refused to shut out the thrilling sensations and her common sense told her they needed a rubber. “Condom. We need protection.”

Storm fumbled in his jeans pocket and produced a foil packet. “I didn’t forget.”

Stevie giggled and ran her fingernail up the vein on the underside of his dick. “Now show me what you can do with this.”

While Storm slipped the barrier onto his shaft, she draped her legs around his slender waist and groaned. He took the lead from her and used the crown of his cock to tease her pussy lips. She groaned at the myriad sensations. When she wrapped her fingers around his girth, fear and apprehension coiled within her system. He wouldn’t fit.

As Storm licked the sensitive spot below her ear, his breath tickled her skin. “I have to make you more ready for me, sweetheart.”

His words fluttered about in her brain and his tender touches relaxed her body. He rubbed her clit then inserted his fingers into her pussy, making her shiver. Her legs akimbo, she ground against his hand.

“There, sweetheart,” he murmured. “Beautiful.”

Sunday Snoggin' With Until the Night!

Click here for the other snogs!
It's Snoggin' Time! Still working on getting back on the blogging horse. Today I'm featuring my vampire novella, Until the Night. I love this foursome and hope you do, too. My first menage and more! Read on for the snog and be sure to check out the other snogs here!

Having a mate can be a pain. Having three…now that’s unheard of…

Gypsy volunteered to become a vampire, but she had no idea just what she’d agreed to do. As a human, she’d had her pick of willing males to warm her bed. As a creature of the night, she’s striking out.

Until she meets Kendall. He knows what she is and doesn’t care. He’s loved her since he met her, but he had no idea just how complicated her life truly was. Her protectors refuse to leave her side. But what if he wants them on his side, too?

Allan and Todd are mates, plain and simple. Gypsy is in their charge. Period. Until they start to see her not as a problem, but a sexy solution complete with an adorable human thrown in for fun.

Can they come together as a foursome or will they destroy everything they’ve built in the name of passion?
Available here!

Here's the snog!!

Allan crept towards Todd. His hands trembled as he reached for his lover. Only one person got to him. One person brought all his fears and worries to the surface. Todd. His mate. His heart ached. “She’s the reason I’m a vampire.”

Todd stared at something in the distance and didn’t move. Allan pushed into his mind, but saw nothing. He had to say something, do something to make the hurt go away, but what? “Don’t shut me out. This is something I never thought would happen, but I’m not letting her tear us apart.”

More silence. Todd didn’t move, just looked straight ahead.

“Todd, I love you. Nothing will change that.” Despite the emotional chasm between them, Allan drew circles over the back of Todd’s hand with his thumb. “This is a hitch in our relationship and it’s on my shoulders, but we’ll get past it. I know we will.”

Todd exhaled and scrubbed his hand over his mouth. “I believe you.” He nodded. “I know we’ll manage, but you’re always the calm one. You don’t screw up, so this threw me.” Todd wrapped his arm around Allan’s shoulders and held him tight to his chest. “We all have a vampire that sired us, I just… I never wanted to hear that you had one. I imagined it was divine intervention or something. You made me and that’s enough.” He chuckled. “You made me a fucking wuss, too. Getting upset like this. Shit.”

Allan snorted. He liked his man being emotional. “Intervention, yes, but not divine.” He pressed a kiss to Todd’s bristled neck. He loved the feel of the scruff abrading his lips. Desire flowed through his veins and his cock responded. They might have fucked not an hour before, but, damn, he was ready to go again.

“What does this mean for us? Is she going to try to kill me?” Todd’s voice cracked and he shifted in his seat. Allan’s effect on Todd was evidenced by the tent in his jeans.

Allan palmed Todd’s cock through the denim. “She’s dangerous, yeah.”

“We need to protect each other?” Todd scooted down in the seat. He ground his pelvis against Allan’s hand. “Gypsy, too?”

“Eventually.” Allan nipped Todd’s hair-roughened skin. He popped the button on Todd’s jeans and slipped his hand beneath the zipper to cup Todd’s dick. The heat filled Allan to his core. Todd’s moan rumbled around the truck cab. Allan stroked Todd, caressing every inch of his erection.

Todd shifted enough to give Allan better access. He yanked his pants down then grabbed the front of Allan’s shirt. “I want you.”

“I’m yours.”

A Taste for Blood by Erin Lark

For the next book in the Immortal Love Collection, I'm featuring A Taste of Blood by Erin Lark. Keep reading!

Being damned for eternity is a bitch, especially when you're spending it alone.

Alex may be four hundred years old, but he's only second in command to the coven's leader, Corvis. When Corvis orders Alex to hand over his sub, Kassidy, as a communal blood donor, Alex has no choice but to defy protocol and take his relationship with Kassy to the next level. But while controlling his newly turned sub isn't a problem, the bodies turning up all over Boston are.

Kassy isn't the only new-blooded vampire in town, but unless they can prove she’s innocent of the murders, she and Alex could face banishment, or worse. And if being forced to hide away in the blood den isn't bad enough, news of a favourite donor's disappearance is all it takes to send Alex right over the edge.

Can they find the rogue vampire before he kills again? Or will they be forced into exile for murders they didn't commit?

Reader Advisory: This book contains themes of D/s, bloodsucking during sex and some F/F kissing.

Excerpt From: A Taste for Blood

A scrawny man not worth a vampire’s bite, let alone a sip, sat at the desk in front of me, his head of brown curls shielding whatever it was he’d just written down. I focused on the back of his neck. His beating heart was easily drowned out by the thump of electronic music waiting beyond a set of double doors.

The music called to me almost as much as the sweet, salty and tangy tastes I was bound to find once I got inside. Vampire-friendly clubs such as this housed the best kind of porn available to man and vampire alike, but I wasn’t in it for the slender legs, curved breasts or delicious bloodbath that was vampire-on-human sex. Not all of it, anyway.

Just one.

Smells. Tastes. Even hearing the flow of blood from every sub in the room was enough to put me on edge, but there was only one human I wanted to see…taste.

I clenched my fists and studied the black duffel bag I’d brought along with me. Aside from the cuffs and collar I’d thrown in earlier this evening, its contents never changed. A few pints of blood, ointment, bandages, condoms and lube—everything a vampire could possibly need.

I closed my eyes and tried not to think of her bare neck. Of the deep bite I’d left her with the last time I’d been here. My stomach turned with guilt. I’d taken it too far too soon. I only hoped tonight she’d say yes and invite me in for seconds. Thirds.

"Welcome to Horizons. How may I help you?" the desk clerk asked, raising his eyebrows at me. The colour drained from his face, and he stood from his chair. "You again."

I smiled at his surprise and waved a hand. "Please, sit down, uh…"

"Tyler," he offered, signing me in on his slip of paper.

I bit my bottom lip. "Is she here?"

Ten Line Tuesday with Until the Night!

Since I'm featuring the Immortal Love Collection stories this week on the blog and since it's Ten Line Tuesday, I'm showcasing Ten Lines from my contribution to the collection, Until the Night. Here's a little bit about the book:

Period. Until they start to see her not as a problem, but a sexy solution complete with an adorable human thrown in for fun.
v Can they come together as a foursome or will they destroy everything they’ve built in the name of passion?

Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of mm sex, anal play, ménages of the mmf, mfm, and mmfm persuasions, as well as lots of biting and spanking. They’re having one hell of a party.

Available here!

And now for those ten lines!!

Gypsy leaned on the doorframe. She’d never seen something so sexy in her entire life…or undead life. The men moved in perfect time, totally caught up in their attraction for each other. She smoothed one hand up her belly to the bottom of her breast. Cream coated her thong and she pressed her thighs together. She pinched her nipple through the satin of her bodice. A cry erupted in her throat but she kept her mouth closed. No way she’d interrupt them now. She slipped one hand into her skirt and massaged her fingers between her pussy lips. Damn, it felt good.
“God damn. Bite me.” Allan yanked Todd’s arm, pulling him down onto him. “Do it.”
Todd bared his fangs and growled. The sound shimmered up and down Gypsy’s spine. He sank his teeth into the soft spot between Allan’s neck and shoulder.
“Oh, wow,” Gypsy groaned, then caught herself. Triple shit. They weren’t supposed to have heard her getting off on watching them. But, hell—the bloodlust reared its ugly head. She needed to feed.

And now for that moan!

“Ah Stevie, this music makes me want to rush home to fuck you.”

A moment of shock flickered in her eyes as she froze mid-kiss.

He grasped her hips and tugged her closer. “Do you feel this, Stevie?” His erection pulsed against her curvaceous butt. “You do this to me, not a silly bet. No one else.”

Her lips parted and he captured them in a deep kiss. Heat rushed through his system. He needed a bed, now. Her nails scraped his scalp, but he didn’t care. He wanted her marks on his back, his arms, anywhere she damn well pleased.

A bump from one of the couples in the crowd broke his reverie. He glanced up to see Bruce and Cherylyn knotted up in their own sensual embrace. He snorted. Shitty timing. “Spin, Stevie. Photo time.”

She did as told and stuck a sexy pose by throwing her arm over her head and clutching the strap of her thin cotton dress. Pretending to capture pictures of Stevie, Storm took the photos necessary for the job and a couple extra for himself. So he sounded horny and a bit possessive? By the time he confessed, he wanted her for more than work partners.

A fresh burst of desire flushed his body. His cock throbbed to the point of pain. He nodded when he finished his handiwork and tugged her close once more. “Let’s get one of us together.” She snuggled against him and pouted for the camera. At the last minute, she turned and planted a wet kiss on the corner of his mouth.

“You want to play dirty?” Storm met her surprised grin.

Stevie crooked a brow. Her eyes flickered with the pulsing light display from the ceiling and a bit of mischief. “Maybe I do.”

He shoved the electric device into his back pocket and captured her lips. They couldn’t get home fast enough.

What a sweet torment.

Hunky Hero Time!

The hop is all about hunky heroes. I'll share one of my books that I think has my hunkiest (is that a word?) hero in it in a few, but here are some of my pics for hunky men.

And...

And one more...

Aren't they all yummy? I think so. And to add to the yumminess, my vote for hunkiest hero is Storm Richardson from My Immortal. It was hard to pick just one, but that's mine.

Who do you vote for your hunkiest hero? Leave that in the comments along with your name and your email and you're in the hopper for the pdf of My Immortal. I'd love it if you followed me on twitter, facebook, the blog, but I don't expect it for you to win. You do it because you want to. And because they are fantastic please stop by Riverina Romantics and so you can keep going, here's the linky code for the rest of the hop:

Ten Things You Didn't Know About...My Immortal

Thought I'd touch on my novella, My Immortal, this week. This was a favorite to write (aren't they all) and I loved Storm's character. I've told the story about how he informed me he was a vampire plenty of times, but here's some factoids you might not have known....

10. Stevie's name comes from Stevie Nicks. Yup. Can't tell I listened to a lot of Fleetwood Mac, can you?

9. Stevie's name is also what my folks wanted to call me, but my mother outlawed the name. Dunno...guess I don't look much like a Stephanie anyway.

8. Persing is a little tribute to my great gramma. It's her maiden name.

7. The main drag of the town is remarkably like the main drag of the town I grew up in.

6. I've always wanted a Camaro...so Stevie got one instead.

5. The name Bruce Tripp was snagged from NASCAR. If you watched the Camping World Truck Series, there is a crew chief named Tripp Bruce. 100% honest truth.

4. Storm didn't bother to tell me right away he was from Salem and it was a pain because then I had to research him and listen to him cackle when I got information wrong.

3. There's a driver mentioned in the story, Tucker Poston. He's the very first character I ever came up with for a romance novel. He's also got his own story coming out August 15th from TEB.

2. I found out the editor wanted to contract the story through an IM at 2 AM my time. Yeah, I squeed really softly. Scared the living berserkers out of my BFF when I IM'ed her.

1. Allan and Todd haven't bothered to tell me if they are a couple or not. Todd's response was a grunt and Allan said "a couple of what?" Men. And Gypsy wants to be involved with both, but they aren't exactly sure what to make of her yet.

Here's the blurb:
What’s a girl to do when she finds out the man of her dreams is a 340 year old vampire?

A Review! For My Immortal, A Review!

I was beginning to think this book would fly under the radar without much notice. I got a lovely review from Whipped Cream Reviews shortly after the book's release. Imagine my thrill and surprise when I opened my email this morning. This book is near and dear to my heart, so I really hoped readers would love it. Here's what Manic Readers had to say:

Manic Readers Review
Rating: 4 stars
Reviewer: Patrizia Murray

For some strange reason, the entire time I was reading this book, I had the theme song from the old movie, High Noon, bouncing around in my brain. The words go something like, "Do not forsake me, oh my darling, on this our wedding day...I do not know what fate awaits me, I only know I must be strong...and I must face a man who hates me, or lie a coward in my grave..."

The story is of a sheriff, played by Gary Cooper, who marries Grace Kelly, but then has to go out to fight an outlaw the same day. Grace implores him not to fight, and says she will leave him if he does. In My Immortal, Storm is a vampire who must fight another vamp who is challenging him. Stevie has already left him because of his undead state, even though they have been formally mated. While a modern vampire tale doesn't immediately bring an old Western to mind, the circumstances are at least somewhat the same.

Stevie can't come to terms with what Storm is, and he can't make her understand that his love for her is not an unnatural thing, as she seems to think. He also needs to show his supremacy to his sire and rival, O'Toole, so that Stevie will be safe.

Three hundred odd years of life experience have given Storm the wherewithal to seduce Stevie and make her his own. She is madly in love with him, but can she live with his vamp quirks? Their lovemaking is electrifying, and it is that very passion that makes Storm reluctant to tell Stevie what he is, until he is forced to acknowledge that his arch rival O'Toole has already communicated that fact to her. All he can hope for is that she will somehow allow her love to overcome her revulsion toward him.

At the showdown between Storm and O'Toole, as Stevie is faced with the very real possibility that either Storm or she or both might well die at O'Toole's hands, she has to make a split second decision on how she wants to spend the rest of her life. Will she and Storm choose immortality? Life? Or will O'Toole choose death for them? Will Storm die a coward, or victoriously face the man who hates him?

High Noon is a classic story, and so is My Immortal in a different way. The plot is straightforward and somewhat predictable, but it moves along well and has a satisfying HEA ending.

I never would've thought of Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly when thinking of Storm and Stevie, but I guess it works. I've never even seen High Noon. Thank you for the lovely review, Patrizia. I'm glad you liked My Immortal.

Friday Flirts

So I haven't been real good about posting my Friday Flirts. Going to be honest for a moment. I'd like to say it's because I've been neck-deep in a WIP.

Not exactly.

Sure, I'm writing. I'm not exactly sure what I'd do if I wasn't. But at the same time, I've had to let more than a couple things impede my forward momentum. Is it all bad? Nah. It's life. Yanno?

So am I working on something? Yup. Want to know more about them? Sure! I'd love to share.

I am on the cusp of having Please Remember Me done. It's Jade's story. Remember her? She's the socialite PITA from Right. I love her because I really got to know her. I think you'll like her, too. Oh, but you'd like to know the hero. Deputy Marlon Cross. Think Ewan McGregor. That's who I had in mind as I wrote. There's a peeper, a giggly older lady, and a Basset Hound named Sparky. Want to read it? Well, I have to finish, but I'll get moving.

I have to write a synopsis and I'm scared to death that the book isn't good enough. Why? It's like this: when Right was subbed, the process was almost like a fairy tale. It happened rather smoothly and was a bit too easy. Now before you get on my case, I'm not sure how the heck I did it. Really. I worked darn hard on the MS and sent it to the CP and editor. Apparently the editor liked it. So I am just about to the cross roads with PRM. I've sent it to a CP (Three actually) and worked to revise and correct. But I'm scared to death. What if the magic with Right isn't there? What if it's turned down because it's too long? What if there is a major plot hole that no one noticed? What if it just doesn't move the editor?

So yeah, I'm just a little bit scared. (But I have my BFF standing by with pom poms. And yeah, that makes me feel pretty good.)

I'm also still plugging along on Gypsy's story (from My Immortal) and my menage story (currently titled Savin' Me).

So wish me luck as I kick my butt and get moving on PRM. Watch me work! :)

Friday Flirts and the Final Stop

First of all, I'm heading over to Isabel Roman's for the Final stop on my blog tour. **Le sigh** I love the tour. Love promoting my work. Kinda sad to see it end. But then again, it's good because I need a short respite to work on other things.

So stop by http://authorisabelroman.blogspot.com/ for a chance to win a copy of My Immortal.

And since you're already out and about, go over to Menagerie Authors. My dear friend Megan Slayer is doing her weekly post and would love you to say hi!

And since I'm on a roll.... I've started working hardcore on the threesome story. Parker, Jacoby, and Juniper saw a picture on the 'net courtesy of Kealie and screamed. Hey, I can't hold them back all the time. So, once I'm done here posting and twittering and FBing and commenting... I'm going back to playing with the threesome. It's niiiiiiicccceeeee.

What the? Wednesdays

First off, I have nothing to complain about today. Nope. Not a thing. Which I guess could be a what the? in that, wow, nothing to complain about. Nah. I'll leave it as a positive. :)

For another postive, and I've been looking forward to this, I'm at D. Renee Bagby's site today, previewing chapter one of My Immortal, so those of you wanting a bit more of the book, it's there. I met Ms. Bagby down at the infamous Lori Foster event in Cincy and she's a great person and fantastic writer. I'm honored and humbled to be on her site. :) So visit, read, and be merry!

Monday Moans and Another Tour Stop!

I should've posted this earlier, but last night (I normally write my posts the night before or tell the characters to step up to the plate the night before), I ended up with a whopper of a headache. Not a migraine, but it wasn't fun. Worst part? Woke up this am? Still there. Ugh. My characters knew better and hid out for the day.

But I'm telling you about the party and where I'm at today! I'm blogging with my pal Victoria Blisse at her blog. http://www.victoriablisse.co.uk/blog

I'm having a blast hanging out with Victoria, so join us and put your name in the hat to win a copy of My Immortal!
