Leanne finished tying the strap of her bikini top, stomach rioting with butterflies, a permanent grin on her face.
Oh, you besotted fool. Chill the fuck out.
In the bathroom mirror, she scrutinized the red bikini and the small stretch marks across her tummy that she still loved because they reminded her of Beau. She cringed at the darker and more prevalent marks across her hips and over her ass. Not the perfect markings a man might want his lover to have.
What the hell. Jay hadn’t minded them last night, and she didn’t want to dwell on them now. He’d promised lighthearted fun and having a good time. Those were two things she needed in her life right now. Thoughts of tomorrow, a week away or six months down the road, weren’t to be discussed or pondered. The here and now was what mattered.
And what woman in their right mind wouldn’t love to have one of the hottest and sexiest models on her arm wherever she went? Leanne laughed, a foreign sound to her, but happiness bloomed inside her.
After admiring herself once more, she turned the doorknob and strode into the living room. Jay’s eyes lit up seeing her. Her breath caught in her throat as his gaze darkened and heat arced its way through the air, surrounding her. Body tingling, she lifted the sundress in her hands and drew it over her head. While she didn’t mind his eyes following her, or lounging on a beach, there was no way she’d stroll through the hotel on full display for everyone to see.
“Damn, had to cover that glorious skin, didn’t you?” Jay wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her lips.
“The hotel guests won’t want to see me half-naked, thank you very much.” She grinned up at him, her fingers brushing his chin. “As much as I love you looking at me, I’m not that adventurous.”
“Hm.” He hauled her in tight. So tight, the hardness in his shorts poked against her. She smiled, thrilled she had such an effect on him. “Yes. Good idea. But my reasons are selfish. I don’t want other men setting eyes on your hot bod.” He slid his hands down her spine and cupped her ass. “I claim it as all mine.”
She kissed his chin, loving the fun and his sexy words, then stepped back. “Well, a man has never claimed me like that. I kinda love it.” She winked, grabbed her shoulder bag off the hook, and strode to the door.
Jay followed close behind. He slung an arm over her shoulder as they walked to the elevator and kissed her cheek. “I need to stop in my room, change, and grab beach stuff.”
Leanne pressed the down button and nodded. “Why don’t I meet you in the lobby? I’d like to grab water and snacks, unless you need a huge breakfast? Or a few snacks from the kitchen?”
He led her into the elevator when the doors opened and pressed the button for the third floor. “Sounds great. I shouldn’t be long. Just make sure you’re waiting for me, woman.”
Leanne snickered as he backed her into the wall and crowded against her. Her nipples tightened behind her bathing suit, and it almost hurt to breathe. It was as if her body were on fire, stoked and raring to go, and his touch was nearly too much while it soothed her deep.
“I’ll definitely be waiting for you,” she said breathlessly.
Jay groaned and lowered his head to claim her lips. She gripped his biceps as he took her into the decadent abyss of his taste and passion. As though they’d never spent last night making love, her body strained against his; she was more than eager to be with him again. The image of her climbing his body with her legs, settling around his hips, invaded her thoughts.
Leanne clutched his shirt in her fists, desperate to keep him this close as he swirled his tongue inside her mouth, giving all his passion to her. The walls of her pussy clenched. Maybe they should go back to her room for a few hours. Urgency filled her and made her want to sate herself in everything he had to give. Who was she kidding? Even a few hours wouldn’t be enough to satisfy her.
He lifted his head, his breathing deep as he laid his forehead against the wall beside hers. “Jesus, woman, you’re going to fucking kill me. My cock’s so hard, I swear these shorts just grew two sizes too small.”
As if to convince her, his hips shifted, and the length of his dick was very noticeable.
The ding of the elevator rang loud in her ears, and Jay drew away.
He opened both arms, holding the doors apart. His lips red and swollen, he was mussed like a man well loved. Leanne grinned at him.
“Don’t look so pleased with yourself.”
She winked and glanced down at the tent in front of his shorts, then licked her lips.

Ronan MacAlister’s return to Glencoe, Maine reignites every one of Aileen MacDougall’s adolescent

Ronan is drawn to the beautiful Aileen, who now serves as the manager for his late uncle’s business ventures. However, it’s not her business acumen he’s after.

Will being trapped in a remote cabin lead to a happily-ever-after? Or, will they discover they have differences even kilty pleasures can’t overcome?

And now for an excerpt:

Ronan pushed the last letter into place atop the triple word square. “Reticent. Tacking on to your word and utilizing the ‘e’, that’ll be another eighty-six points for me.”

“Nice play. Too bad you’re still forty points behind.”

He shot her a glare, followed by what he hoped was his most lascivious grin. “You know what would make this more interesting?”

“Let me guess, Strip Scrabble.”

“I was going to say Nude Scrabble, but I’m willing to work for it.”

“I bet you are. Why don’t we put the game away and go to bed? It is after midnight.”

He gathered his remaining game pieces and dumped them into the storage pouch. “I’ll go light a few candles, maybe take a quick shower.”

She nodded and then stood, gathering up the game board and box in her hands. “When you come out of the shower you should put the kilt back on.”

“Hmm...kinky. I like it. What will you be wearing?”

“A smile.”

It's a book blast and there are prizes to be won. What am I featuring? Ariel and Ray Uncensored by Candy Caine. Check it out. There are prizes to be win. Like? Candy will be awarding a Hot pink beach tote bag (US ONLY) to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour.  Want more chances to win? Then follow the tour. You can do that here:

Ariel and Ray Uncensored (The Life and Loves of Ariel Jones, Vol 2)
by Candy Caine

Sometimes Ariel Jones gets a little bored with her love life. It's not that she doesn't love her partner, hunky Ray Meyers. But lately, things have been a bit blah. But "blah" suddenly seems desirable when Ariel's sexual curiosity gets her into trouble. Then Ray steps in to not only protect what is his, but to show her the dark side of his sexuality he has hidden from her all this time...

And now for an Excerpt:

We headed for the bar in the informal restaurant and took a seat. Another bartender was on duty. He’d been watching a soccer game as he wiped down the top of the bar with a rag. Turning to us, he asked, “What can I get you folks?”

“Two pints of draft,” Ray said.

The hotel served great beer and you know the saying, ‘when in Rome…’

While we sipped our beers, Ray whispered into my ear, “Are you seeing what I’m seeing?”

“Are you referring to that couple sitting on the couch, namely the woman who’s been devouring you with her eyes?” I replied.

“I thought she was nearly salivating over you, too. But, the guy seems to be into you, as well.”

I laughed. “You think we should go over and talk to them?”

Ray grinned. “Sure. Why not?”

We slid off our bar stools and walked over to the thirty-something couple, who were most attractive in their own right.

Ray started the conversation. “We couldn’t help but notice that you both were staring at us. Is there something wrong?”

“No, mate, not at all,” the blond, blue-eyed hunk replied in a thick Aussie accent. “We just couldn’t help noticing how perfect you two complemented each other.”

“You’re quite an attractive couple yourselves,” I said.

The woman, a lithe, blonde beauty with long hair and legs to match, her eyes still running up and down the length of Ray’s body before finally settling below his belt, said in a similar accent, “Well, now, here we are, two attractive couples. Perhaps we should do something about that.”

I, Erogenous Jones: (The Life and Loves of Ariel Jones. Vol 1)
by Candy Caine

Sometimes Ariel Jones' sexual adventures get her into trouble. Real trouble. But she determines to
just chalk this up to experience and move on down the road to the next adventure. She will not be tied down by marriage. Too much heartache. Too little freedom. But when she meets her match, she has to reassess. Because he's to die for and he's got his own agenda.

Now for An Excerpt:

“It’s true you know, and I had to confess,” he said, “you are such a beautiful woman.”

I could feel the heat rising into my face as his words made me feel a little uncomfortable. It should be Ray sitting with me and telling me that.

“I just love looking at you.”

I took another long sip of my wine, wishing the piano player would return. I felt guiltier and guiltier the longer I sat there. He did a few minutes later and I had just about drained my glass. The pianist began to play romantic songs and a few couples got up to dance.

Jozef took my hand in his. “Come. Now we dance.”

He led me to the dance floor and held me close. I could feel the heat from his body, which pleasantly warmed mine. The scent of his aftershave was pleasing, as well. We moved slowly to the music as he nuzzled my neck. I knew this was wrong and tried to rationalize my actions, but found it hard to string my thoughts together. I had my eyes closed for several moments while we danced, but when I opened them, the things around us began to go in and out of focus. I wondered if I’d downed the wine too quickly and it went to my head. I tried to talk, but had problems forming the words. Despite that, Jozef smiled and we continued to dance a little longer. However, when I could no longer follow him and began to trip over his feet, he said, “Time to leave.”

A Crazy Reunion: Book 2 in the Crazy, Texas series
by Cate Baylor

Raney Hoffman eloped with her high school sweetheart believing they’d found their happy ever after,
but her world crashed down around her when he left after less than two years of marriage. Nearly twenty years later he’s back in town. Her broken heart tells her she should still hate the jerk. But her traitorous body surges into sexual overdrive at the sight of him.

Rob Coleman was devoted to Raney the moment they met in high school. After they married, his twin brother died unexpectedly and Rob’s grief thrust him into an identity crisis he couldn’t recover from. The decisions he made in that haze of grief have haunted him for nearly twenty years. Now he’s back and completely befuddled by the strength of his response to seeing Raney again.

They rebuilt their lives without the other but their unexpected reunion makes it clear their history is far from resolved.

Now for an Excerpt:

“No.” She cut him off with a short gesture of her hand. “We can’t… You can’t keep doing this to me.”

He tried to get her to look him in the eye, but she just kept pushing him away as he was trying to pull her closer. He needed to know she felt it, too, but with each word and push, he felt that hope slipping away.

“Raney.” He hated the pleading in his tone but was powerless to stop it. “I know you feel this, too.”

Finally she met his gaze and the deep sadness in her eyes made him feel hollowed out. He squeezed her shoulders, only wanting to make that sadness go away, but she pushed him back again.

“Rob, no! I mean it. You can’t keep…tangling me up like this. No more.” And with that she let her hands drop from his chest and stepped away.

Then a man stepped between them, pushing him away from her even further. He registered the flashing eyes and clenched fists of Jordan, and braced himself.

Even in the daze she created when she was around him, Rob realized he’d blundered. It was a dude code that you never poached on another guy’s date. He’d done just that and was about to pay the price.

Kiss Me at Last
by Holly Cortelyou

What's better than wine, chocolate and a little renovation magic? A sweet and sexy matchup between a handsome, hammer-swinging contractor, Sean McMallory, and a flirty and stubborn
champagne bar owner, Melinda York, who's in a remodel pickle! Kiss Me at Last brings you back to the charming mountain hamlet of Wescott Springs, Colorado in a heartwarming contemporary, small town romance that's sweet with a little kiss of heat!

One tempting kiss will rock his world…

Melinda York has every last penny tied up in her business remodel so the last thing she needs is a complication—like surly Sean McMallory. But when "McGrumpy" blows through her front door with a hammer and toolbox, she knows she’s doomed…her replacement contractor is none other than the jerk who humiliated her at the town council meeting. With Melinda buried in sawdust and the exasperating, but ever-so-sexy, Sean constantly underfoot, how is she supposed to maintain her professional poise when she can’t stop daydreaming about his broad shoulders and his unexpectedly kind heart?

Sean McMallory likes his life simple and straightforward, and his plate is full with a booming construction business and family responsibilities. When a cousin begs a favor, he’s plunged neck-deep into the whirlwind that is elegant, jet-setter Melinda York and her wine bar renovation. There’s just no trusting the flirty Melinda even if he can’t forget her kissable lips and surprisingly, vulnerable eyes. So he’ll stick with his beer and country roads, and she can keep her bottles of bubbly and fancy truffles!

Can one kiss build a bridge to love and heal their wounded hearts?

And now for an excerpt:

With a smile lurking at the corners of his mouth, Sean had been waiting for an eruption for the last ten minutes.

It was day three of construction, and Melinda had looked far from chipper as she'd schlepped into the wine bar at eight in a slouchy gray sweater, faded jeans, and nondescript running shoes. Her eyes were bleary, and she cradled her coffee concoction like it was the crown jewel in the queen's tiara. She'd winced every time his hammer drove home a nail.

Sean grinned. Hangover, he supposed, and he pounded a few extra nails for good measure as she scuttled into her office. That ought to fix her little red wagon, Miss High and Mighty and her sexy British accent. Not that he'd noticed.

He glanced toward her office door, and there was Melinda, staring at him with a stony gaze through half-slitted eyes.

"Good morning, Ms. York," Sean said in his perkiest voice. "Sun's shining, and it's beautiful out." He fiddled with the chuck on the drill and idly revved it a few times for some bonus noise.

"Is there anything quiet you can do for a while?" Melinda said, her tone was pained.

"Not feeling well?"

"I'm fine. I have some phone calls to make to wine distributors and a little peace and quiet would be divine."

"Go back to your coffee shop for those calls. Unless you want me to take a break already? That will slow me down."

Melinda glared. "I'm trying to get some work done, too."

"Well, ma'am. This is a construction zone, so there's going to be noise. We're not slapping on some paint and hanging a few light fixtures. We're adding beams, ripping out floors. What exactly were you expecting? Should I bring a bowl of potpourri or something?"

"That might help." Her tone was drenched in syrup. "Or do you have a silencer for that drill?"

It started with a photograph.
A single, crazy, adrenaline-filled moment of madness.
I’d had enough of being ignored, of being the maid, the chef, the chauffeur to my unappreciative family. I dreamed of the days when men used to drop to their knees before me in the streets. They’d beg to buy me drinks, just to get me to spend a little time in their company, and, if they were lucky, snatch a kiss and take me home to their bed. Now, I was invisible. A mother, a wife, a housekeeper. I longed to be seen as something sexual again, and so I took the photo.
I made sure not to include my face. I didn’t want to be identified. Instead, I held the camera on my phone with one hand and cupped my breasts with the other, squeezing them together so the tops lifted and rounded in globes. My nipples peeped between my fingers, crinkled and hard. The lighting wasn’t perfect, and I had no idea what filters to use, but that didn’t matter.
I posted it online.
It was on one of the popular social media sites, known more for its raunchy posts than some of the others. I’d used the site to watch porno GIFs often enough, but I’d never had the guts to comment or post something of my own.
Until now.
I gave myself an online name—theanonymouslife. All one word.
It was only a single picture, but already my emotions surged up inside me, making me feel alive—a mixture of excitement and guilt, and horniness.
Already, I was addicted.
I stayed on the computer, checking for comments and reblogs. People liked my tits, it seemed. More than my husband, who hadn’t laid a finger on me in forever. There were a couple of negative notes, but I brushed over them in favour of the positive ones. Damn trolls were everywhere.
I don’t know why I got such a thrill from posting my picture online, or why I’d even felt the need to do it at all. Maybe there was anger in me, a resentfulness I couldn’t shift, and posting the photo felt a little bit like revenge. Or rebellion. I resented my husband for plunging me into a life of celibacy that I’d never asked for. I’d always been a sexual person, and still was, but now sex was denied to me. My children stole my body away, though they never asked to do that, and I would never hold them responsible. I love my kids. They are the one thing that keeps me walking the straight and narrow when all I want to do is run, screaming, throwing off my clothes and frustrations as I do so. I dream of a future alone, where I can pick and choose men as I please, allow them in my life for a short while, only to continue alone once more. Sometimes now, I feel like I barely have enough time to have a thought to myself without being interrupted. I can feel the years slipping away, knowing I’ll never get them back. I’m only in my early thirties—too young to be this dried up person already—and the thought of the rest of my life as a sexless woman terrifies me. I love my husband, I do, but he doesn’t seem to have any interest in me anymore. He’s always too tired from a long day at work. I don’t know if he has no interest in sex in general or if it’s just me that no longer excites him. I can’t say I blame him. After seeing the births of two babies, I’m not sure I’d excite me either. But I can’t bring myself to break up our home, can’t stand the thought of the hurt in our children’s eyes if we separated. Plus, he’s a good guy. I like his company, most of the time. We’re just missing that important element.
So, instead of dealing with the real problem at hand, I took the photograph.
It was harmless. I wasn’t hurting anyone. But quickly I discovered one picture was not enough.

Blog Tour ~ The Moonlight Market by Aidee Ladnier

It's a book tour for The Moonlight Market by Aidee Ladnier and there's an interview ahead! You can check out her book and learn a little about her, too. You'll want to comment. Why? There's a prize up for grabs. What? Aidee Ladnier will be awarding $50 Amazon or Barnes and Noble GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour. Cool, eh? Want more chances to win? Follow the tour. You can do that right here:

Check out my interview with the author!

Describe yourself in three words.
Eeeek! This is a hard question to begin on. I think my words have to be curious, quirky, and adventurous. I am curious about everything. I want to know how it works. It = everything. And just like the characters in my stories, I’m a little quirky, not quite normal, but cool. My favorite is adventurous. I’ll try anything once. ;) I truly believe that adventures are all around us, presenting opportunities to step out of our day to day routine and do something different and new. We just have to be brave enough to take them. I have experienced so many cool and different things because I recognized an opportunity and took it instead of keeping to my original plan. (Which is also a little like my writing now that I think about it.)

Cast your book. Tell us who would play the main characters in a movie and why.
Okay, full disclosure, I have an entire Pinterest Board devoted to THE MOONLIGHT MARKET. (If you’re interested, it’s at I chose a young Russell Wong as my visual model when I was writing the character, Cory Long. He has such a serious face, like the weight of the world lives inside him. It reminded me of Cory and his need to remain true to his parents’ wishes long after they had died. It was also important in my mind that Cory be Asian-American, because in Asia there has long been a tradition of night markets. Although the Moonlight Market in my novel is more like a carnival at times, it also has a few elements of a traditional night market with its food and wares for sale along the main thoroughfare. And for Sanderson, I envisioned him looking like the Dutch gymnast Epke Zonderland. Epke has the kind of fresh-faced, blonde-haired, well-muscled look I thought suited Sanderson. And his face looks so innocent. How could he be carrying dark secrets with such an innocent face?

What’s your favorite love scene from a movie?
I think the one I love most is from The Thomas Crown Affair with Pierce Brosnan and Renee Russo. It started on the dance floor with the two characters bantering back and forth as they danced, their movements nearly foreplay. Renee Russo’s see-thru dress was also very hot! Then by the time they got back to the main character’s house, they joyously made love in the foyer, on the stairs, in the library, on the desk, on the floor. I think she even laughed at one point. It’s what making love is supposed to be like—fun, adventurous, and a delight.

What’s your wildest fantasy?
Hmmmmm. My novella, THE KLOCKWERK KRAKEN, had a genetically modified human in it. Basically, he had four tentacles in addition to his hands. I think I’d like to spend one amazing night with that character. He certainly knew what to do with his tentacles.

If you were to lose one of your senses, which would you rather lose and why?
I think taste. The food we eat appeals in so many other ways that losing taste wouldn’t necessarily be great but could be manageable. A large part of what makes something taste good is how it smells. Then there’s the texture which is managed by touch. The best thing about eating a carrot is the satisfyingly loud crunch when you bite it. And who hasn’t been instantly hungry when they see a beautiful plate of food. What I wouldn’t miss if my sense of taste was gone—bitter food. It’s totally not a favorite.

What is the naughtiest thing you did as a kid?
Well my parents gave my sister and me a new toybox to keep all our toys in. It was huge! We could literally climb in it and lay down comfortably. So I convinced my sister to climb in and closed the lid. I then stacked books on it and sat on it so she couldn’t get out. It wasn’t sealed so she had plenty of air and she’s not claustrophobic, but my family still hasn’t let me live that down.

Now for the Quickies! They're fast and fun.

Boxers or Briefs?
Boxer-briefs! Where have you been? These are the best invention since sliced bread. They are sleek, modern, and hug a man’s hips just right. Since I’m the one buying underwear in my house, that is the only kind my DH is allowed to wear. ;)

I prefer boxer briefs, too. Top or Bottom?
I’m a switch, so give me both. LOL! Seriously, it depends on my mood. Some days I want to give the whole world a spanking. Other days, I could use a little restraint. But I’m pretty flexible, so the right partner can talk me into just about anything.

Interesting. Pajamas or nude?
Nude at home, pajamas on the road. I read a study that said better body image comes with being comfortable nude. So I slip under the covers at night in nothing. That said, I would hate to be caught outside in nothing during a bomb scare at a hotel. I have experienced a bomb scare but luckily it was during the day. (And there was no bomb.) I always bring sweats and a t-shirt to wear to bed when I’m traveling.

Yeah, that's the reason I won't sleep nude. No thanks. I don't want the hunky fireman to find me buck naked. Hairy chests or smooth?
Depends on the partner. I like a hairy chest on a guy, but it’s never been something I’ve insisted upon.

I'm a no hair kind of gal. I want him smooth. Plus I don't want to clean hair out of the shower. Gag! Alpha or Beta?
Beta, definitely. Alphas are a little too much for me. Give me a good beta with a heart of gold and I’ll stick with them forever. Betas think for themselves but can be stalwart followers as well. Betas are more even tempered. Betas stay home and help you raise the kids when the Alpha is out looking for his next conquest.

These questions were so much fun! I hope I didn’t squick anyone with TMI. Grin

The Moonlight Market
by Aidee Ladnier

College senior Cory Long tracked his missing sister to the magical Moonlight Market to bring her home. Instead, he found a disorienting world of performers and hawkers, bizarre sights and sounds, and one very familiar showman, Sanderson Beets. Like a drowning man, he latched onto Sanderson, trusting him to navigate the twists and turns of the Market as unerringly as he had steered Cory to passion in their furtive trysts on campus.

But Sanderson was tired of being the quickie in the alley.

Sanderson Beets had escaped the Moonlight Market to attend college, hoping to settle into a normal life, maybe meet someone and fall in love. To obtain that new life he made a dangerous bargain. And when the sinister woman known as the Weaver of Dreams is involved, second chances always come with strings attached…and sacrifices. Sanderson’s debt has come due, and the only payment he has to offer is Cory, and their chance at a relationship.

Now for an excerpt:

He almost ignored it.

Tiny bells tinkled nearby.

They sounded closer.

His skin tightened with goose bumps.

Niari glided into the pool of light cast by the lantern hanging on the back of the tent. Her long, inky dress brushed the bells on her ankles and pulled the shadows forward with her.

“Your debt is coming due.” Her trilling, accented voice floated over the noise from the fairway beyond. In front of the tent children giggled and laughed, the calliope blared out its joyous concert, and the lanterns burned away the darkness. But Sanderson stood in the shadows behind…with her.

Sweat coated his palm, and it slipped from the curtain. He swiped at the bead of perspiration on his upper lip, the pit of his stomach icing into a lump.

“I found someone.” He blurted out the words. “A lost soul. Someone who’s lost something.”

Panic bloomed in Sanderson’s chest. Was he actually going to offer Cory to the Weaver? Cory who just wanted to find his missing sister. Cory of the soft hair, bitable nipples, and beautiful, slim cock. Who made Sanderson feel normal. Like a regular guy.

“Good.” Her smile widened, filled with too many tiny teeth that gleamed bright in the lantern light. “Are they tasty and ripe?”

“Madame?” Sanderson’s gut twisted at the hard glitter in her eyes. A chill crept down his spine. She looked…hungry.

He blinked. Niari stood before him, still and silent, waiting, just a woman again. The malevolent flash must have been a trick of the dim light. He shrugged off the unease and shook the numbness from his fingers.
