Blurb Blitz ~ Her Desert Prince by Marie Tuhart

This post is part of a virtual book tour organized by Goddess Fish Promotions. Marie Tuhart will be awarding a $10 Amazon or Barnes and Noble GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour. Click on the tour banner to see the other stops on the tour.

Catherine Taylor is no stranger to life’s school of hard knocks. At the tender age of 18, she left her dysfunctional family behind and struck out on her own, finally free to embrace her passion for creating art. After years of hard work, she has achieved some degree of acclaim. When she is offered the opportunity to work in the small middle eastern country of Bashir to create the defining mural for the new children's critical care ward, Catherine embraces the chance to meld her love of children and her love of art. What she doesn’t think she is ready for is the blatant and instant passion she feels the moment she meets the successful country’s crown prince, Malik.

Malik al-Hakim has been raised with the sole purpose of someday becoming the king of his beloved country of Bashir. Years of careful preparation by his loving family has him ready to take the yoke from his father one day, but nothing could prepare him for the instant lust he feels the moment he sees Catherine. Never one to let an opportunity slip by, Malik pursues Catherine convincing her to explore their desire. But when political intrigue places Catherine in danger, Malik soon realizes lust has evolved to love and he’ll do whatever it takes to keep the woman of his dreams safely by his side, no matter how hard she tries to fight their fate.
Read an Excerpt:

Malik waited at the bottom of the stairs. Damn, if the man didn’t look sexy. He was dressed a bit more formally than earlier, now in black slacks and a white shirt with a black jacket, but no tie.

His raven hair, which earlier had looked wild and untamed, now lay silky against his scalp, but she detected a wave flowing through it. She longed to run her fingers through his hair just to see how soft it really was.

“Good evening, Catherine.” His husky greeting sent shivers of awareness skittering over her nerves.

“Good evening, Malik.”

“You look stunning.” He took her hand and pressed it against his chest, right over his heart.

His heart beat strong beneath her palm, while her heart pounded. She was glad she’d dressed up a little bit. “And I think you’re a natural flirt.” For some reason, the banter relaxed her. Usually, she didn’t go in for teasing, but she enjoyed it with him.

“Guilty as charged.” He leaned down. “But don’t tell anyone or else I’m done for,” he whispered before straightening and tucking her hand in the crook of his arm. “It is my pleasure to escort you.”

“Lead on.” She followed him down the same hallway she’d taken that morning with the queen, and into the same room.

Catherine wasn’t sure what to expect, but the last thing she’d anticipated was the room to fall silent when they entered. All eyes were focused on them.

Read an Excerpt:

Saturday morning, Josh headed out for a photo shoot he expected to last all day. He didn’t usually work on weekends, but it happened from time to time. It still bothered me a little that his job involved being surrounded by beautiful young women so he could capture that beauty, but whenever I dropped by for a visit, everyone knew who I was and what I meant to him. That made it easier for me, and I knew it made it easier for Josh. He loved working for himself and had grown JAG Modeling Agency from the ground up.

Since I’d be on my own for the day, I decided to take advantage of the situation and invite the girls over for a chat with Natalie. She had asked me not to intervene in her situation with Andrik, and while I respected her wish of me not talking to her husband, I knew she needed support from her friends.

I’d asked them to be at my place around nine and to leave the children at home with their fathers. We needed some girl time alone. Then I tried to cover all my bases with breakfast—fresh juice and fruit in case anyone was on a diet, spinach omelets without cheese for those who avoided dairy, and pancakes just in case someone needed something a little stronger. I also bought some high-quality steak cuts, potatoes, onions, and corn, thinking that if our meeting ran too long, my friends’ husbands would show up and turn our breakfast meeting into a barbecue. Even though all my friends had the space and furniture to throw these get-togethers in their own homes, Josh and I had taken on the role of hosting them every week since we’d moved in together a month ago. I wondered how much longer we’d be able to keep up that kind of consistency.

Marisol and Laura showed up early, and I gave them a small briefing on what the gathering was about. The news shocked them, too, and they wanted to try to convince Natalie that it had to be something else. While they helped me set up, I reminded them that we needed to be delicate and careful not to overwhelm her.

Natalie arrived not much later, looking far less than her normal, glamorous self. Her bleach-blonde hair was now long enough to pull back into a messy ponytail, and I wasn’t sure the look suited her; we were used to seeing her with a little more care given to her appearance. She wore beige capris with a floral, short-sleeve shirt—something much more suited to Marisol in her mommy role. The little changes Natalie made now leaned more toward comfortable and away from posh, and I knew it was because she was unhappy. She’d never let being a wife and a mother distract her from presenting herself as if she were about to make her way down a catwalk. She still looked good, but it wasn’t her.

We sat on my terrace around the glass table Josh and I had added to the patio furniture. I was happy to see that everyone seemed to enjoy the food, and the conversation was amicable. But it didn’t flow or feel comfortable. I guess we were all waiting to see who would bring up the elephant in the room first.

“I still can’t believe you let Josh adopt a dog,” Marisol said as she crossed her legs in her chair, doing her best to avoid the beautiful American Pitbull licking her toes.

“Let?” I asked. “This is his house. How could I say no? Besides, have you looked at this guy? He’s gorgeous!” I called the goofy mutt by offering him a piece of bread. Josh was adamant about only feeding him the holistic dog food and healthy treats, but I couldn’t resist. “Come here, Jagger.”

Book Blast ~ MARGARITAS, MAYHEM, AND MURDER by Mary Cunningham

This post is part of a virtual book tour organized by Goddess Fish Promotions. Mary will be awarding a $20 Amazon or B/N GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour. Click on the tour banner to see the other stops on the tour.

Andi’s step-mother is a real piece of work! But is Ruby a murderer?

Andi Anna Jones, so-so travel agent/amateur sleuth, puts aside her resentment of her father’s widow and books a 60th birthday cruise to Cancun for Ruby and three friends. Never does Andi imagine the cruise will lead to the murder of a has-been lounge singer—or that Ruby will be the main suspect.

Flirting with more than danger after arriving in Mexico, Andi connects with the charming local sheriff, Manual Rodriquez. After an embarrassing night involving the sheriff, too many margaritas, and a Mariachi band, a chance to check out an eyewitness to the murder leads her to Las Vegas.

In Vegas, a mysterious meeting in the Bodies Exhibition, a body preserving in the prep-room, and an evasive owner of a dance studio, give Andi clues to help Ruby. But when Andi is mercilessly drugged and locked in a storage room, she realizes dear old step-mom isn’t the only one in jeopardy.

Read an excerpt:

“SeƱorita Jones?”

I know that voice. I was stupidly listening to the still-ringing phone when a tall man in a uniform slid a pair of aviator sunglasses to the top of his head and stepped toward me. I locked onto smoky hazel eyes. “Ye-yesss. I’m Miss Jones. But, how did you know?”

“Oh, we have our ways.” The corners of his mouth turned up as he pointed to his badge. “I’m Sheriff Gonzales. We spoke on the phone.”

I got nothing. Total loss for words. Even my wildest dreams couldn’t have pictured this square-jawed, golden-skinned, Aztec god, straight out of GQ Magazine. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ruby.

“I was already in the area on official business, and finished in time to meet your flight. I’m parked at the curb. May I take your bag?”

I blinked a couple of times. “What? No, thank you, Sheriff, I can handle it myself. I appreciate the ride, but I could’ve taken a taxi, you know,” I lied and disconnected the phone call to Ellie.

“Considering the stressful nature of the situation, I thought it best someone pick you up. Finding transportation into the city can be confusing. I wanted to blurt out, you might be the most handsome man I’ve seen in my life, but I said, “That might be true for the average tourist, but I’m a travel agent, perfectly capable of finding my way through the city.” I adjusted the strap of my carryon bag, tossed my head, and walked into the side of a trashcan.

LOVE ETERNAL

Ten years ago Baze Carter fell irrevocably in love and knew he'd found his forever only to have her ripped from his arms, never to be seen again. Broken, and unable to find her, he made a life for himself as a baseball coach at St. Leasing School for Boys. Their secret, hidden for centuries, has been in peril for the past year, and now more than ever, Baze and his pack need to end the evil that plagues them. When Penelope Sutton is discovered bruised and battered lying in the road in front of his home, Baze is elated and murderous in equal measure. Anyone who dare harm his long lost mate will be made to pay, but not before Baze and Pen find their way back to each other.

Read an Excerpt

“Hey, you okay?” She came out of the bathroom, steam escaping through the open door. Baze was bent at the waist, clutching the high-backed armchair next to the bed she’d slept in. She could see the tension in his posture. “Do I still smell like—”

“Please, Pen, please don’t say his name.” He turned to look at her, his eyes pleading. “I can’t handle it right now.”

She lifted her arm, smelling her skin. She thought she smelled like the soap she’d used in the shower. But her nose wasn’t the nose of a shifter. “Do I, uh, smell okay?”

He nodded. “You smell like me.” He took a step toward her, his hands reaching.

She wanted him to touch her, so her heart sank when his palms dropped back to his side. Penelope stood still, not sure what to do next. She’d showered like he’d asked; she was wearing his clothes. Now it was time for them to go downstairs and meet his pack. She’d be lying if she said she wasn’t nervous. Packs weren’t common, not in this day. But from what she knew, shifter packs were closer than family. They were tight-knit, protective, and they didn’t take to outsiders all that well.

She may have been Baze’s whole world when they were kids, but they were basically strangers at this point.

“When you meet them, my friends, you can’t touch them.”

Her eyes snapped to his face. “What?”

He shook his head, his gaze weary. “I feel…on edge. I feel possessive of you, and I can’t seem to shake it.” He licked his lips. “I’ll get it under control. But in the meantime, please don’t let them touch you. Especially the young guys, they’re not bonded.”

Was everything they’d gone through as kids coming back full force? Would the pain come back too? And the million-dollar question: what would they do about it if it did?

She nodded, letting him know that she’d heard him and she understood. And when he gestured for her to step in front of him, she waited in the hall to let him lead her down the stairs and into what appeared to be a massive living room.

The first thing she saw was the mounds of Chinese food on the large, long walnut coffee table. She put her hand on her stomach when it growled loudly. It’d been days since she’d had a real meal. She was starving, and now everyone knew it. “Sorry.”

A girl with long blonde hair, a shade lighter than Pen’s, stepped forward. “Don’t apologize.” Her smile was kind and she held a plate out, piled high with lo mein and orange chicken. “I’m Molly, Keller’s mate.”

“Thank you.” Pen took the food, not able to resist the smell any longer.

Molly kept standing, pointing around the room at each person in turn. “That’s Corey, Dominic, Lincoln, Madden, Jasper, Jace, Riley, and my mate Keller.” Molly laughed lightly. “Don’t worry about remembering everyone’s names. We won’t quiz you until tomorrow.”

Pen sent the group a wave. “Penelope. But you can call me Pen.” She glanced to Baze, gauging his reaction. He’d been the first person to ever call her Pen, but it’d stuck even after they’d been separated. Maybe it was her way of keeping him with her, even when there were oceans between them.

“You can call me Dom, and that skinny guy over there goes by Linc.” The man who’d addressed her stood, holding his hand out.

She looked at it but took a step away. “Sorry, I um…” She let her words trail off. She was normally a friendly person; she was a hugger. But she believed Baze when he’d said he was on edge and he didn’t want anyone to touch her. She may not be one hundred percent certain what the future held for the two of them, but she didn’t want to make the present any harder than it needed to be.

“Don’t touch her, any of you.” Baze grabbed her arm and gently hauled her behind his body and onto a vacant chair that looked like it had been pulled in from an unseen dining room. “I can’t handle it.”

Dom held his hands up in surrender. “No problem, man. I know how that feels.”

Gideon Valsecchi had done the impossible when he busted out of the grueling poverty and pre-ordained existence his life had been on the South Side of Chicago. His free ride at college is the stepping stone to a career with a professional soccer team. And when his dream comes true it's not what he expects—sacrifice shouldn't taste this bitter, especially when the love of his life is what he's missing and can't seem to hold on to.

Elijah Tucker wants to give Gideon Valsecchi the world on a silver platter. And he has the means to do it. But Eli is learning the truth of the maxim that the way you hold onto the thing you want most is to let it go. And while his heart breaks into a thousand pieces, he doesn't come apart even when the worst happens. Because, even as clichƩ as it sounds...true love does find a way.

Read an Excerpt:

“Are you feeling a’right?” Gideon asked finally, unable to hold out any longer. He sighed when the only response he received was the quiet, even breaths of a sleeping Elijah. He stared up at the ceiling fan, noticing a reflection in the chrome accents of the city lights that lay just beyond the window.

Gideon knew he needed to sleep. His day had been long and he anticipated that the next one would be even longer. Regardless of how much he attempted to halt its activity, it was difficult to calm his brain down as it tried to wrap itself around Elijah’s out-of-the-ordinary demeanor.

“Are you asleep?” he whispered, though he already knew that he was. Biting his lip, Gideon decided to be brave, although he wasn’t sure how courageous it actually was to speak to a sleeping man. “Elijah,” he began, attempting to wrap his lips around words that seemed too big for his mouth. “I love you.”

It felt strange to admit, even though he knew it was true. Elijah gave him things that he’d never had before, and none of them had anything to do with money. He anchored him with stability, security, and love. “I love you,” Gideon repeated, thinking that it wasn’t that difficult after all. He’d said it and he felt better, lighter, like he passed a threshold of demons who had sought to keep him from moving forward.

The room was still, but he was floating, high above the internal struggles he’d unnecessarily doomed himself to. He repeated it a few more times, feeling better every time he said it, like he’d found a release he never knew he’d needed. “I really fucking love you,” he said with a yawn, letting his heavy eyelids fall.

“I love you too,” Elijah whispered sleepily, grinning up at Gideon, whose eyes shot open in response.

“Asshole,” Gideon muttered, feeling his cheeks flush warm. “I asked you if you were a’right and you didn’t answer.”

“I was sleeping. You woke me up when you said you love me.” He shrugged. “I don’t know if you realize, but I’m hyper tuned in to anytime you say ‘love.’ I’m obsessed with hearing it, even when you’re just talking about chicken nuggets.”

“That’s weird,” Gideon chided without malice. “You’re so weird.”

 “Yeah, well, you love me.”

 “I do.”

“Maybe you’re weird, too.”

“Or maybe I’m not weird at all,” Gideon reasoned. After all, loving Elijah made all the sense in the world.

“Okay, Captain Confession. Go to sleep or you’re going to tell me you can’t sleep over when you’re too tired tomorrow.”

Groaning at the stupid nickname, Gideon tilted his head down to kiss his boyfriend’s forehead.

“Tell me one more time though,” Elijah requested, drawing a laugh from Gideon.

“I love you.”

And damn did it feel good.

Book Blast ~ Laura's Legacy by Lilli Carlisle

This post is part of a virtual book tour organized by Goddess Fish Promotions. A randomly drawn commenter via Rafflecopter will win $15 in Boroughs Bucks. Click on the tour banner to see the other stops on the tour.

A GIFT BOUND BY LOVE

While Laura was attending the annual omega celebration, a ruthless ogre attack destroyed her village and wiped out her family. Heartbroken, lonely, and adrift, she was forced to rely on the kindness of the Black Ridge wolf pack alpha for a home. And so were many others, including members of the small Newton pack, and their handsome, strong alpha, Dedric. One brief interlude was all it took for Laura to know she would choose him as her mate.

Alpha Dedric Newton couldn’t believe his good fortune. Beautiful and powerful, Laura was the omega of his dreams. Worried he had so little to offer, he insists she spend time with his small pack as they rebuild their village and homes. Laura and Dedric’s time in Newton strengthens their bond while evil works to undo all of Laura’s gifts, especially her legacy. After finding the greatest love an alpha could dream of, Dedric will do anything and everything to keep Laura safe from harm.

Read an Excerpt

The next day Laura found herself in the passenger seat of a large SUV heading to Newton. Dedric was driving; Gabi and Lily were in the back, along with two warriors, Jensgar and Drune, in the third-row seats. Laura’s chosen mate held her hand as he drove, leading the convoy forward and further away from the place she’d come to live, and where she’d felt safe.

Since she woke this morning, she had that same grip of fear in the pit of her stomach as she’d had when she’d learned marauding ogres had destroyed her home and village. Dedric seemed to sense her distress and held her hand tighter.

“Are you okay, sweetheart?”

She hated making him worry, but in an effort to be truthful with her partner, Laura replied, “I was finally getting used to living in Black Ridge after my home was taken from me, and now I’m moving on to the pack that I hope to make my home. It’s a bit overwhelming. I’ve moved more in the last six months than I have in my entire life.”

“I promise, I’ll make you happy and you’ll grow to love Newton as much as I do.”

Laura appreciated the sentiment and his effort, but mere words weren’t going to make the dread vanish. The last thing she wanted to do was to ruin his homecoming, so she smiled at him and squeezed his hand in reply. It would take a lot of work to clean and repair the town, but getting Newton back on its feet meant a great deal to the man she loved. “I’m looking forward to being in Newton, really. But there’s been so many changes in the past few months, I hope you understand, this is a me thing.”

“I understand. We’ll make it through this together. I love you,” Dedric murmured, and she knew his heart was true; she could see the love in his eyes.

“I love you, too,” she whispered before kissing the top of the hand that was holding hers.

But all his mates are partnered or married, and dreadfully happy. It’s enough to make a rockstar rethink his options. And even though his sexy neighbor has given him the brush-off, he’s decided to have another go – at this point he has nothing left to lose, apart from his heart.

WHAT LIES BENEATH

Gwen Mason’s romantic past has been bumpier than most – twice divorced by thirty, she’s had enough of broken promises. An ER nurse who keeps a brutal schedule, she’s happy to become known as the neighborhood crazy cat lady. But…the most delicious man has moved next door. He’s British, he’s famous, he’s a rockstar. And, hard as she tries, Gwen can't keep Rod Powell from breaking all her rules, and suddenly she sees a future she never believed possible.

Gwen’s eyes widened. “Do you think all five of them are moving into the place?”

“Lord, I hope not.” Mrs. Kersh’s lips thinned like a junior high schoolteacher’s. Suddenly she gasped. “The first one is coming this way.”

Sure enough, Mr. Hotness was striding up Gwen’s lawn with a smile that made her breath hitch. “Cheers, new neighbors. I’m Roderick Powell. I thought I’d introduce myself to you lovely ladies and get the rundown of the neighborhood.”

He had a British accent. Gwen nearly melted in her seat. It wasn’t fair. Her belly fluttered like an infatuated teenager’s as she rose on shaking legs and shook his hand.

“I’m Gwenda Mason.” Oh God, his grip was so warm and strong, and some delicious scent radiated from him. She fought to keep her head straight and not stammer. “I’m your next-door neighbor.” She cringed as his brow lifted with amusement at her stating the obvious. “I mean, ah…” She pointed at her other neighbor to clarify. “This is Mrs. Kersh. She lives across the street from me.”

Mrs. Kersh stiffened on the bench swing and gave him a stiff nod instead of a handshake. “Where are you from, Mr. Powell?”

“Los Angeles.” At her suspicious frown he added, “But I was born in Lancashire, England.”

“And what do you do?” she demanded, casting a baleful glare at one of his speaker cabinets being hauled up his walkway.

“I’m a drummer.” He confirmed their suspicions. “But don’t worry, I’m installing sound-proofing panels in my music room, which will be in the basement.” Roderick tossed the question back. “And what do you do, Mrs. Kersh?”

“I’m retired.” Mrs. Kersh said primly. “Are those others going to be living here as well?” She pointed at the other gorgeous men and the beautiful women beside them.

Roderick shook his head. “No, they’re only helping me move.” At Mrs. Kersh’s loud sigh of relief, he chuckled and turned to Gwen. “And what do you do, Gwenda?”

Her skin flushed under his gaze. “I’m a nurse.”

His grin broadened, revealing gleaming white teeth. “Hellooo, nurse!”

A startled laugh escaped her lips. “Did you just make an Animaniacs reference at me?” She’d grown up with that cartoon. For a moment she wondered how he knew about that old show, but then realized that it was probably streaming online somewhere.

He nodded, still grinning. “Sorry, luv. That was cheeky. Couldn’t help it.”

Mrs. Kersh sniffed in disapproval while heat flooded to Gwen’s face at the casual endearment. She should disapprove as well. Her young neighbor shouldn’t address her with flirtatious terms. That would get them off to a bad start. Yet she didn’t have the heart to reprimand him. Besides, it could be a Brit thing. It probably didn’t mean anything more than other English terms she’d heard like “ducky.”

Gwen changed the subject. “So you’re going to be living in that big house all alone?” At first it seemed like an odd thing, but then she remembered that she’d done the same. Yes, she’d been awarded the house in the divorce, but she could have sold the place and had a much smaller mortgage. For her, keeping the house was a matter of pride, comfort, storage, and the unspoken hope to maybe have room for someone else.

“I’ve had bigger,” he answered with a wink, though for a moment there was a flicker of pain in his gray eyes.

Book Blast ~ His Untamed Love by Anya Summers

This post is part of a virtual book tour organized by Goddess Fish Promotions. Anya will be awarding a $15 Amazon or B/N GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour. Click on the tour banner to see the other stops on the tour.

Visiting the Black Elkhorn Lodge and Resort is Mia Evans’s last option. She’s bordering on a nervous breakdown. Everyone in her life she thought she could count on deserted her. And, to make matters worse, she has the foulest case of writer’s block in the history of the world. She figures getting herself out of the prison her apartment in Chicago has become will help jar her life and her writing out of the rut they are in. But she isn’t prepared for the surly, sexy cowboy – who looks like her every dark fantasy come alive – riding into her life on his trusty steed.

Cole Stewart only loved one woman in all his thirty-five years, until he lost her forever and swore he would never love another. Since then he’s had a revolving door with the subs at his lifestyle club Cuffs & Spurs, all with the unwritten rule that he doesn’t get involved or do relationships of any kind, period. That is, until Mia Evans, the burned-out, anxiety ridden author, needing to get away from her real life, nearly runs him over with her car. Seeing the haunted expression in her gaze and a body he craves, the Dom in him knows he must have her, must taste her and feel her writhing beneath him. But will he be willing to risk his heart for the untamed passion he finds in her arms?

Behind the registration desk was a blonde woman, roughly around her age. But where Mia felt she looked like a bedraggled escapee from the local loony bin, this woman, in her pretty ivory blouse and pinstripe navy blue blazer, appeared to be a calm and confident businesswoman.

Mia wished she had a tenth of the woman’s poise.

Her face lit up at spying Mia and she said, “Hi, welcome to the Black Elkhorn Lodge. I’m Billie. How can I help you today?”

“I, um, have a reservation,” Mia said in a pained whisper. She kept herself from wringing her hands together, but just barely.

“And your name, hon?” Billie asked, not showing any sign that she thought Mia was crazy.

“It’s Mia. Mia Evans.”

Billie’s smile widened at her name. “Miss Evans, yes, I have you down here as arriving today. It looks like you are going to be with us for a month, correct?”

“Yes.” If she made it that long. She might be carted off to the asylum before then. So…

“Perfect. I will just need your driver’s license and a major credit card for any amenities, since you’ve already paid for your stay in full. We’ve put you in cabin D, and it is just the sweetest little place that I think you will adore. Here are your keys. It’s one of our luxury cabins and an absolute peach. We stocked the refrigerator and pantry as you requested. I put together this packet of all the information about our tours, what to do with your trash, whom to contact if you need after-hours maintenance, and some of the local attractions in the area. If you have any questions about any of the information, just let me or one of the other clerks know and we can help you out. The Elkhorn Restaurant is open until eight every weeknight and nine on the weekends. Trust me, you will want to experience Chef Emily’s cooking. It’s simply out of this world.”

“Okay, thanks.”

Billie whipped out a map and circled a building with a pen. “This is where we are, the main lodge. To get to your cabin, take the road here, make a right when you come to the three-way split in the road, and your cabin will be the last one at the end of the drive.”

“Great.” That way, if she had a total meltdown, there would be fewer people around to witness the spectacle.

“And if there’s anything at all that you need or have a question about, don’t hesitate to contact us here at the front desk,” Billie said and gave Mia a friendly smile.

Perhaps a padded cell or a personality transplant?

But Mia just nodded and replied quietly, “Okay, thank you.”

She scooped up the packet, the map, and keys. Then Billie handed her license and credit card back. With everything clutched in her hands, Mia headed back out to her SUV, setting the packet on the passenger seat.

She started the engine and began backing out of her space—only to slam on her brakes.

Shit! Crap! Dammit!

She blanched. She’d nearly taken out a guy on horseback.

Mia could imagine the headlines now: Famed Author Mows Down Innocent Cowboy! More in the news at eleven!

Length: Novella (around 105 pages, varies by retailer)
Publisher: Changeling Press
Price: $3.99
Ryker -- After 20 years in the military, I find myself doing my dad's dirty work. But as the "prince" of the Hades Abyss MC, it's expected of me. Doing a little recon in a small Alabama town should have been boring as shit, until the hot little minx I met at a bar turned my life upside down. Women always fall at my feet, but this one was different. If I'd known she was a virgin, I might have backed away, but now that I've had a taste I just want to keep coming back for more. Little did I realize that I'd just fucked the sister of a Dixie Reaper, and my life was about to become all kinds of complicated. I had to wonder... had she fucked me because she wanted me? Or was it all some kind of setup?
Laken -- My big brother Flicker is always ruining my fun, keeping the guys away from me, so when I finally get a chance for a hot guy to get rid of my V-card, I'm all for it. Ryker's hot and has that alpha vibe, and the fact he's ex-military just made me wetter. It never occurred to me that he was a biker, or that I might have just screwed up a big deal for the Dixie Reapers. It seems my sexy Ryker isn't just some hot military guy. No, he's the son of the President of the Hades Abyss MC. So I hide like big brother asks me to. Just one problem... Ryker doesn't leave, and now I'm late. How am I supposed to tell Ryker that I'm carrying his child? When life fucks me over, it does it royally.

Pre-Order for July 13th

Amazon BN / Kobo iTunes

Not sure if you'll like the book? Here's a little X-rated taste...

Ryker--

I threw back another shot of whiskey, and slammed the glass down on the bar top. It was my tenth. Or was it twelfth? I’d lost count somewhere along the way, but I wasn’t even remotely drunk. There was a slight warmth spreading through me, but I was one hundred percent in charge of my actions. So when I slid my hand up the back of the thigh of the hottie standing next to me, yeah that was all me. What can I say? That sweet, curvy ass of hers was calling to me.

She slowly turned her head to look at me over her shoulder as my hand slipped up further, sliding under the hem of her too short dress. Mmm. No panties. I gave her ass cheek a squeeze and watched as heat flared in her eyes. Whatever schmuck she’d been talking to was forgotten as she turned to face me. Oh yeah. The front matched the back. Nice, luscious breasts that were barely contained by the stretchy top of her dress, and damn if her nipples weren’t poking through.

“Normally a guy buys me a drink before he grabs my ass,” she said.

“Guess I’m not a normal guy.”

She reached out and fingered the dog tags that I still wore, despite the fact I’d been out of the service for a month. “No, soldier, you certainly aren’t.”

“Marine,” I said.

She bit her lip and moved in a little closer. “Guess that makes you something of a badass, doesn’t it?”

I smirked and squeezed her ass again. “Something like that.”

She reached out and rubbed a hand down my chest, her fingers trailing across my abs and stopping at my belt buckle. I could tell she liked what she saw, and I damn sure liked the way she filled out her dress. It would look even better bunched around her waist while I fucked her.

“You’re so big and strong,” she said with a purr.

“Oh, baby. You have no idea.”

I slid my fingers further down the curve of her ass until they teased her pussy. She was already wet and so damn slick, and she looked like just the type of girl who would let me fuck her in the bathroom. I knew the type, and those hard nipples and wet little pussy told me that she wanted me bad enough to let me do whatever I wanted. Women tended to fall at my feet, always had, and this one wasn’t going to be an exception. Kneeling was a good place for them, easier access for sucking my cock.

“Bigger doesn’t mean better,” she said. “It’s all in how you use it.”

“I know how to use it. I can make you scream my name all night long.”

She shrugged. “Maybe you can and maybe you can’t.”

Oh, I could. It was a proven fact. Women always screamed in ecstasy whenever I was pounding into their pussies, or anywhere else I pleased. They begged me for it.

“What’s your name, sugar?”

“Laken.”

“I’m Ryker. What do you say we get to know one another a little better?” I stroked her pussy again, letting my fingers dip inside. She bit her lip and a flush started creeping up her chest. I’d be willing to bet I could get her off right here and now.

“Maybe I’m not that kind of girl,” she said, her voice dropping as I stroked her some more.

“Honey, my fingers are coated in your cream, right here in front of everyone. I bet I could get you so turned on, you’d let me fuck you anywhere I pleased. Just bend you over the bar and take what I wanted.” I smirked. “In any hole I wanted.”

She gasped, but her eyes dilated and I knew she’d liked the idea. Naughty girl.

I rubbed her a little more, getting her even wetter. Yeah, this sexy woman was a wild one. I knew the type. A tremor raked her body and I knew she was close to coming. I thrust a finger inside of her and nearly groaned at how damn tight she was. Fuck, but she’d squeeze my cock so damn good. I played with her pussy until she was a quivering mess, barely hanging on. Then I slipped my hand free from her dress, wrapped my fingers around hers, and dragged her off to the nearest bathroom. If the stickiness on my fingers bothered her, she didn’t complain.

I pushed open the bathroom door, hauled her in behind me, then snapped the lock into place. She gave me a coy smile as she leaned back against the counter. I prowled closer, thinking of all the filthy things I wanted to do to her. Our options were limited in this bathroom though. Maybe I’d take her back to the motel with me. She looked like a screamer, and I’d love her my name on her lips all fucking night and into the morning. When I was done with her, she’d be feeling me for a week.

I traced the top of her dress, my finger lightly trailing along the curve of her breasts. She licked her lips and I knew she was going to give me what I wanted. They always did. I eased the straps of her dress down her arms and pulled the top half down under her breasts. So damn perky! They were a little more than a handful, but the minx had gone without a bra. Her nipples were hard and the prettiest pink I’d ever seen.

Leaning forward, I traced my tongue around first one then the other before sucking one into my mouth. Her fingers slid into my hair, holding me to her as I lavished attention on her luscious tits. My cock was hard as a fucking steel post, and the cute little sounds she was making just made me even harder. I couldn’t wait to get balls deep inside of her. Something told me once wouldn’t be enough.

I pulled away and turned her to face the mirror.

“Hands on the counter, baby, and stick that gorgeous ass out for me.”

She leaned over and wiggled her ass at me. I gave her a playful slap, then pulled up the hem of her dress until the material bunched around her waist. A tattoo caught my attention, a delicate feather that curled around her hip. It wouldn’t be all that remarkable, but the ink looked almost metallic. My finger stroked over it before my cock demanded attention.

I used my foot to kick her feet further apart, admiring the way her pussy parted, as if it were begging to be fucked. I didn’t waste any time and started unbuckling my belt, then undoing my pants. I pulled my cock out, giving it a few strokes as I stared at the sexy woman in front of me. Our gazes locked in the mirror, hers pleading for me to touch her, to fuck her.
